Jolene Eicher, Chief Executive Officer

Jolene Eicher has over 20 years in healthcare management.  Her past achievements include: President of the national Association of Otolaryngology Administrators; President of the local Louisville Chapter of the MGMA and current Executive Advocate for the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators.  Jolene is a member of the AOA speaker’s bureau and has presented nationally on topics such as “Ancillary Revenue Streams”, “CT Accreditation” and “EHR Implementation”.  In 2010 Jolene received an American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Honor Award. This prestigious award is given to members in recognition of their volunteer contributions to the Academy and its Foundation.
