Michelle Brown, Au.D. - Doctor of Audiology

Michelle Brown, Au.D. - Doctor of Audiology

Michelle Brown graduated from Indiana University in 1996 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Psychology. She received her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Indiana University in 1998 and her Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University in 2007.  She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is also a member of the Indiana Speech-Language-Hearing Association.   She is licensed to practice Audiology in Indiana and Kentucky, and is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Kentucky.  She began her career in Audiology in January 1999.  She is experienced in diagnostic audiologic testing and hearing aid technology.

Michelle Byerly, Au.D., CCC-A - Doctor of Audiology

Michelle Byerly, Au.D., received her Doctorate in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Education and her Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Louisville.  She has been employed as a clinical audiologist with Advanced ENT and Allergy (formerly Commonwealth ENT) since 1992.  She is licensed to practice audiology and to dispense hearing aids in both Kentucky and Indiana.  She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  She is also a member of the Kentucky Academy of Audiology and the Kentucky Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Mark Clark, M.S., CCC-A

Mark Clark has been associated with what is now Advanced ENT for over 35 years.  During that time he has provided full range audiological services to patients of all ages.  For the past several years he has concentrated his efforts in assisting the hearing impaired patient with amplification through the fitting of hearing aids and has dispensed thousands of hearing instruments in the Louisville area.  Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brescia University and his Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Louisville.  He holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (by whom he was presented with the American Academy of Audiology Scholar Award), and is a fellow member in the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.  Mark holds licensure in both Audiology and  Specialists in Hearing Instruments in the State of Kentucky.


Missy Hynes, M.S., CCC-A

Missy Hynes, M.S., CCC-A

Missy received her Masters in Audiology from the University of Louisville in 1990.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and is licensed by the states of Kentucky and Indiana to practice Audiology.  She worked at the Elizabethtown office of the Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs for 10 years prior to her employment here.  She has been with Advanced ENT since August of 2000.


Jenny Kloft, Au.D. - Doctor of Audiology

Jenny Kloft, Au.D. - Doctor of Audiology

Jenny Kloft, Au.D., is a graduate of both the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and the University of Cincinnati for her Doctoral and Master’s degrees respectively.  She is licensed to practice audiology in Kentucky and Indiana.  She has worked as a clinical audiologist in Louisville, KY since 1989.  In 2004 she came to her current position with Advanced ENT and Allergy (formerly Commonwealth ENT).  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Mary Beth Mucklow, Au.D. - Doctor of Audiology

Mary Beth Mucklow, Au.D. received her Doctoral degree in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University and her Master's degree from East Tennessee State University.  Her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders was received from Southeast Missouri State University.  She has worked as a clinical and dispensing audiologist in Southern Indiana since 2001.  She is licensed to practice audiology and dispense hearing aids in Indiana and Kentucky.  Mary Beth also has her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exceptional Child-Speech and Language Pathology from Western Kentucky University in 1990, and her Masters in Audiology from the University of Louisville in 1992.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, is a member of the Kentucky Speech, Language, Hearing Association, and is licensed by the state of Kentucky to practice Audiology.  She began working for Advanced ENT and Allergy (formerly Commonwealth ENT) in 1993.


Colleen Campbell, Au.D., CCC-A  - Doctor of Audiology

Colleen Campbell, Au.D., received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Memphis in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Murray State University in 2011. She is licensed to practice Audiology in Indiana and Kentucky, and is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Kentucky. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).  She specializes in audiologic diagnostic testing and adult amplification.


Ashlee Rajala, Au.D. CCC-A – Doctor of Audiology

Ashlee Rajala, Au.D. CCC-A – Doctor of Audiology

Ashlee Rajala graduated from The University of Akron in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from the Northeast Ohio Audiology Consortium in 2012. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is licensed to practice Audiology in both Indiana and Kentucky. Ashlee began her career working in Pennsylvania for 4 years prior to starting her current position with Advanced ENT and Allergy in November 2016.

Katherine Griffith, Au.D. 

I'm a new Audiologist graduating from Indiana University this year spending my year-long externship at The Center for Hearing & Balance Disorders in St Louis, MO working with cochlear implants and advanced balance equipment. I also graduated undergrad from Indiana University in 2016 with a B.S. in Speech & Hearing Sciences. I'm Southern IN born and raised. I love hiking, exercising, spending time with my family and my Australian Shepherd puppy, Copper. Go hoosiers!

Miriam Harris-Shelton, Au.D.

Received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Vanderbilt University in 2003 and her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Louisville in 2008. She is licensed to practice Audiology in Indiana and Kentucky and licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Kentucky. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) with the American Speech and Language Association and is a member of the Kentucky Speech-Language-Hearing Association (KSHA). Prior to starting with Advanced ENT, she worked as an audiologist for the State of Kentucky for 10 years, providing care in both pediatric and adult settings
